Sunset Social is a newly built, lakefront retreat designed for easy togetherness, relaxed comfort, and unforgettable time on the water. With open‑concept living, lake views from every room, and thoughtfully designed spaces both indoors and out, this home makes it effortless to connect, unwind, and enjoy every moment of your stay.

Whether your days are filled with swimming and paddling on the lake or cozy game nights and movie marathons indoors, Sunset Social offers the perfect balance of fun and relaxation for families and groups of all ages.

Please note: Sod and landscaping will be installed in the spring. Until then, there’s just a little more sand to enjoy!

Restful Bedrooms with Lake Views Everywhere

Sunset Social features six beautifully designed bedrooms, each decorated with calming lake‑themed décor, comfortable mattresses, and beautiful lake views that help you truly relax.

Four bedrooms offer king beds, perfect for adults seeking extra space and comfort. A fifth bedroom includes two full beds, while the sixth bedroom is a favorite for kids, featuring two bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twins on top — ideal for siblings or younger guests.

Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV with all major streaming apps, allowing everyone to unwind in their own way at the end of the day.

Comfortable, Well‑Stocked Bathrooms

The home includes three full bathrooms, each thoughtfully stocked with essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. Towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in every bathroom so you can travel light and settle in right away.

The Heart of the Home: Kitchen & Dining

The open‑concept kitchen and dining area is the heart of Sunset Social — designed for shared meals, conversations, and gathering together.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The coffee bar features a Keurig K‑Duo, offering both single‑serve and carafe drip options, with coffee and tea provided. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island, all flowing seamlessly into the main living area with expansive lake views.

Spaces to Gather, Relax, and Unwind

Two spacious living areas provide plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. With comfortable seating for large groups and smart TVs with all major streaming apps, these spaces are perfect for movie nights, game time, or quiet moments after a day on the lake.

Lakefront Living at Its Best

Step outside and enjoy direct access to your private sandy beach on Sunset Lake. This non‑motorized, private lake is calm, peaceful, and especially family‑friendly — ideal for swimming, paddling, floating, and fishing.

Guests are welcome to enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, and catch‑and‑release fishing right from the beach at the back of the property. To make lake days easy and fun, the home provides adult and kids’ kayaks, paddleboards, a large lily‑pad float, multiple personal floats, life jackets for all sizes, and fishing poles.

Swimming is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Outdoor Spaces Designed for Connection

Beyond the beach, Sunset Social offers multiple outdoor spaces designed for gathering and relaxation. Enjoy meals on the spacious composite deck, unwind on the concrete patio, or gather around the gas fire pit, surrounded by eight Adirondack chairs as the sun sets over the lake.

Additional outdoor amenities include a large gas grill with propane provided, an outdoor dining table that seats six, multiple lounge and seating areas, cornhole, Beersbee, other outdoor games, and beach toys for kids.

Fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit.

Indoor Fun for All Ages

Inside, Sunset Social continues to deliver with a large selection of board games, card games, and poker chips, along with smart TVs throughout the home. The kid‑friendly layout offers plenty of space to play, relax, and recharge, making it just as enjoyable indoors as it is outside.

Thoughtfully Equipped for Families & Safety

Sunset Social is well‑equipped for families traveling with children. A high chair, pack ’n play, kids’ dishware and utensils, and a Pop‑N‑Go portable outdoor playpen help make traveling with little ones easier.

For peace of mind, the home is equipped with life jackets for all sizes, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, first‑aid kits, and emergency supplies.

Sunset Social is conveniently located near local restaurants and bars — perfect for dining out, enjoying drinks, or picking up takeout after a full day on the lake. A nearby full grocery store and several convenience stores offer groceries and everyday household items for any last‑minute needs.

Just 30 minutes from Wisconsin Dells, guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor waterparks, amusement parks, mini‑golf, arcades, shopping, dining, and a wide variety of family‑friendly attractions.

Outdoor & Nature

Explore nearby natural attractions including Castle Rock Lake, Buckhorn State Park, and the Necedah National Wildlife Refuge.

Adventure & Activities

Enjoy UTV and ATV rentals, guided tours, airsoft and paintball, and off‑road parks for dirt bikes, ATVs, and UTVs.

Guest Access & Important Information

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home, lakefront yard, private sandy beach, and all amenities. Smart locks provide secure, contactless check‑in and check‑out for a smooth arrival and departure.

The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. ID verification and acknowledgement of rental agreement must be completed via the 'Happy Guest' app prior to check-in.

Sunset Social is located in a newly developed area, and nearby construction activity may be ongoing during your stay.

This home has a strict no‑pet policy. While we love animals, unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and/or additional cleaning fees.

Starter supplies are provided for stays of approximately 4–6 nights, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, and laundry detergent. Additional items are readily available at nearby stores if needed.

No parties or fireworks are permitted. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate removal from the property.

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are in use. Cameras are located at the front door (doorbell), above the garage, and on the rear patio. There are no cameras inside the home.
